19 Journal calls for a healthy way of thinking

Only a few things helped me more on my trip to emotional and physical health than daily journaling. I had to work on this habit, but now it’s my favorite method to reset my mood or end the day. The writing of things makes my mind of unresolved questions and stress. I also have a magazine to pursue certain things about my health, family systems or progress in personal goals and challenges.

In any case, it helps to have a list of Journal input requests available. I collected some of my favorites to share with them.

Journaling to build up a growth deduction

A firm attitude is of the opinion that talent is everything that is needed for a successful life, and this effort does not matter. With a firm setting, we tend to give up if we do not immediately see a solution or other way to do something.

In contrast, a growth indicator helps us to change our mindset and to believe that we can grow, overcome and advance through effort in all areas of our lives. These input requests can help to build a resilient way of thinking.

Journaling is also a great habit of introducing themselves to their teenagers because the years during puberty can be particularly turbulent. Use Journal input requests such as the following to introduce and convey a growth deduction compared to the solid way of thinking that you often develop from your colleagues.

Journal called for ideas for mom, dad & teenager

These are some magazine requests that we tried in our house. Get a diary and spend some downtime to do heart and brain work. You won’t regret it!

They also make great starters at the dining table!

Entry request No. 1 – Things I can control and things that I cannot control …

Understanding what we can change and what we cannot change is helpful because it changes the way we look at things. For example, we cannot change that there is only 24 hours a day. However, we can change what we do within these hours to make them more productive. If we have listed this type of elements in a diary, we can concentrate on the things you can control, instead of the negative of the elements that we cannot control.

Entry request #2 – What makes a person a good friend?

Thinking about positive personality traits and identifying that make up a high -quality friend not only helps us to find and keep good friends – it also helps us to become a better friend myself. If we think about what we want from others, it is only natural to think about what we also contribute to a relationship. All relationships are mutual streets and learning is of crucial importance for successful relationships.

Entry request #3 – Who is a person you admire? What characteristics do you have with you?

By identifying a person to whom you have a look and dismantling what characteristics you admire, you can imitate these properties more in your daily life. It is easy for us to know that we like or look up at someone. It takes more thoughts and time to really determine what we admire in them. Learning to strongly identify and communicate these characteristics is a big profit in the life of the life.

Entry request No. 4 – Write to your annoyed yourself a list of “lucky instructions”

By determining how we make ourselves happy, it is easier to ensure that we regularly carry out a variety of these happiness activities. It is also helpful to create a list so that you can easily scan the list and select something writing. (When we are in the grumpy mood, our creative skills for problem solving were used up so that a simple list of instructions makes a big difference to stay harmful for a long time!)

Let yourself be inspired by mental models in this podcast and how you can help us.

Entry request No. 5 – End the sentence “I am …”.

It is so difficult to find value in ourselves, often we are our own worst critics. Spend some time to think about what defines you. If we concentrate on the positive, we can recognize our potential.

Entry request No. 6 – If you had all the courage in the world to try something new, what would you try?

Dream big! Think about what you want to do if nothing stands in your way. Think about what you want to learn and do, not in relation to what you would buy or where you would go. Why do you want to learn this ability? How would you use it to make the world a better place?

Entry request No. 7 – Describe an event/action that you are proud of.

It is important to celebrate our successes. We all have these moments that we are very proud of. Think of yours. Take some time today to really dissect this event. How could this event be different if you hadn’t made the decisions you made?

Entry request #9 – Who do you know that has great perseverance?

With persistence, it is about capturing and not giving up when it becomes difficult. Remember when you learned to ride a bike – you fell more often than you drove at the beginning! But by stating it at some point, you got better until you drove all the time without ever falling.

Who will see a lot of persistence at the moment in your life? What could you learn from you? (PS If you need additional inspiration, you could love this podcast interview that I led with Muhammad Ali’s daughter Laila Ali.)

Entry request #10 – rich or happy?

It is easy to believe that we want all the money in the world … but really? If you grow up, would you prefer the money you need, but not really happy or 100 % happy when money is scarce? Expand why you have selected what you did. What does true happiness look like for you?

Entry request No. 11 – do something for someone else today without knowing it. How do you feel that?

We all love to get praise. Sometimes, although there is more joy to find in the little surprising things that we do for others without knowing it was. Entry request No. 12 – Write a thank you letter.

Send a thank you card. Think of all the things you have done to drive yourself forward in life. What have you done to make yourself a better son/better daughter, a better friend, a better student and an overall better person? Thank you for these things. And then write a letter to a friend!

Entry request #13 – What makes you grumpy? What presses your buttons? How can you fight them?

By identifying things that make us grumpy, we can reduce their effect. If you know what you turn off, you can create Go-TOS to ensure that you don’t come to you as much as before. If you know that you get grumpy when you are hungry or tired, you can make sure that you always have a quick healthy snack when you feel how the displacement fits or takes time for a quick nap.

Entry request No. 16 – If you face a challenge, is your first answer to avoid or hug you?

We cannot control everything, but we can control our answer. What can you do to change your answer so that it is 100% positive? Most of the time, this initial flight reaction comes from the fear of the unknown. How can you prepare for the unknown in a way that you feel safe enough that you not only accept a challenge, but also accept it directly?

Acceptance request #17 – Accept criticism … How can we do this with humility?

Receiving criticism can create a negative answer, even if the criticism comes from a good place. Most people do not try to feel bad, but try to help them grow and become better. Think about why you have this immediate feeling of inability, sadness or frustration. How can you reorganize the criticism that makes it helpful? Is there a technique that you can use with which you can react to criticism with a growth deduction as if it is a kind of lesson?

Entry request #18 – Who is fighting for me?

We all need an army of friends and family behind us. Think about and assign the people who support you about and assign job titles. Who is your academic commander? How about your lieutenant of the entertainment? And your snack food general? If we find that we really have an excellent support system (or determine where we need support), we can take risks and carry out new things without being afraid of failure because we have an army of support.

Entry request #19 – Create your own mission statement.

Research some research on mission statements and design your own. This personal mission statement should be motivating and inspiring in the mind and leading you to strive for your best life. It should embrace and embody who they are as a person. Your personal mission can help you decide whether an activity matches who you are and want to be in life. Maybe you do your personal or family mission statement in art to remind you of and motivate you!
