  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of stevia or monk fruit (optional)
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • 1–2 tablespoon of water
  • 1 chopped chilli or a few strikes chili flakes when you like it

How to make Keto spring rolls (without having the feeling that they prepare for NASA)

  • Show your wrap:
    If you use cabbage, dip all the leaves in hot water for about 30 seconds to soften them. Pat dry with a towel. If you use butter salad, you can start – just wash and dry.
  • Place it flat:
    Place a sheet on a plate or cutting board. Remember as if you are laying out a small dinner bed.
  • Layer it up:
    Start shrimp or chicken with a few slices. Then a few sticks cucumbers, one or two slices of avocado, Red Pepper, maybe some carrots if they use them. Add a few herbs – do not save on mint and coriander.
  • Season it:
