Margaret Denise Quigley is not so well known to some other famous American actors.

However, she is an American film and television actress who knows most people under her stage name of Maggie Q. She is also a model.

Years ago she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but had to skip because she didn’t have the financing. So she left Honolulu, where she lived to follow her dreams.

She landed in Tokyo and started her career as a model.

Maggie does not follow the typical circuit training.

But she firmly believes in training methods that you keep active every day! This includes swimming, yoga, mixed martial arts, spider classes, boxes and Pilates.

She jogs too. She likes to play other sports such as football, basketball and tennis.

This is a full training plan, but it also believes in the balance, so it meditates to charge herself and calm her mind.

Maggie Q has eaten the same thing in the past 20 years.

She is vegan because she actively participates in animal rights and has deeply rooted convicts of cruelty to animals. So she decides on herbal diet.

For two decades, Maggie has been encompassing food such as dark green vegetables, seatang, whole grains, parsley, kale, legumes, ginger, liquid aminos, sprouted nuts, flax seeds and fruits.

In her 20s, Maggie said that she had experienced regular abdominal pain and low energy. She said she felt bloated and sluggish.

She says, “I instinctively felt that it was about foodSo she began to keep a diary and realized that something did not correct the points in her system.

She was already a vegetarian to be an animal rights activist, but now she has decided to eliminate dairy products. She is much more tailored to the needs of her body and says: “The best thing you can do is educate yourself.”

Maggie is now very focused on digestion.
