This Panna Cotta is cool and creamy, like a hug in dessert form. But what does it make something special – what does it matter The Dessert that you think of all day is the orange flower water. Ingredients (for 4 to 6 portions)
Let’s hold it honestly and easy. Not a unusual replacement that you have to order online. Just a few things that you already have in most shops or that you can find in most shops that sell Mediterranean or Middle East Greedy goods.
What you need:
- 2 cups of heavy cream (use the complete, not the light stuff)
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk if you want more body)
- 2 ½ teal powder gelatin (not flavored)
- ¼ cup of powdered erythritus (or monk fruit sweetener)
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water (no longer, trust me – it’s strong)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (the real, if possible)
- A tiny pinch of salt
Optional topping:
- Chopped roasted pistachios
- Fresh berries (raspberries work best if you can save the carbohydrates)
- A few drops of orange peel or destroyed dried rose leaves when they feel chic
Let’s start cooking our orange flowers Panna Cotta
Don’t hurry. This dessert only takes about 15 to 20 minutes of practical time, but has to cool for a few hours. Make it in the morning if you want it to be ready for dinner.
Step 1: flower the gelatin
This part sounds technically, but it only lets the gelatin “wake up”.
- Pour in a small bowl about half a cup of almond milk.
- Sprinkle the gelatin evenly – don’t let it put it in one place or it will clump together.
- Let it sit as you continue. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to bloom. You will know that it is finished when it looks like a soft gel.
Step 2: Heat the cream and sweetener
While your gelatin becomes cozy, it is time to bring the taste.
- Pour the heavy cream and the rest of your almond milk in a medium -sized saucepan.
- Add the powdered erythritus, the pinch of salt and vanilla.
- Heat this slowly over medium heat and stir from time to time until it is warm. Just warm enough to melt the sweetener and feel comfortable.
Important: Don’t let it bubble or cook. If this is the case, your Panna Cotta can separate later. They want soft and creamy, not messed up.
Step 3: Add the gelatin
Take your flowering gelatin now. Add it directly to the warm cream mixture. Stir carefully but completely until it completely dissolves. You shouldn’t see any parts.
When that is done, take it out of the heat.
Step 4: Add the orange blossom water
This is your magical moment. Stir your orange blossom water.
Stop here for a second. Small it.
That’s what this dessert is about.
If it feels too much, start with ½ tablespoon and taste (on a spoon as soon as it has cooled a bit). The next time you can add more if you like it.
Step 5: watering and cooling
Pour the mixture into small expenses, tea cups or small shells – whatever you have.
First let them cool down on the counter (10–15 minutes), then cover them with plastic film and cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Overnight is even better.
How to serve your keto orange blossom panna cotta
If you are fully set, the Panna Cotta should wiggle a little like soft jelly. You can serve them directly in the cups or turn them onters if you want to be extra.
To develop: Immerse yourself in warm water for about 10 seconds, then drive a thin knife around the edge and turn it on a plate.
Top with roasted pistachios, perhaps a few raspberries or a florist orange bowl. It doesn’t take much – just something to make it to pop.

- Don’t skip the salt. Only one pinch does everything taste sweeter without more sweetener.
- Keep your orange blossom water in the fridge Once open – it can be strange if it is left out for too long.
- Do you want it milk -free? Use coconut cream instead of cream. It will taste a bit tropical, but still tasted dreamy.
- Too soft? Next time add a little more gelatin. This version is silky and not stiff.

You don’t have to be a confectioner or have a marble kitchen to do this. All you need is a pot, a spoon and a few quiet moments.
It is not the loudest dessert. But it could be the only one that remembers the most.
