Nutritious DIY hair oil nutritious

Hair can become dry and brittle, especially in the summer months during time outside of time. Think of the beach or swim in a chlorine -loaded pool. Hard hair care products can also damage hair and lead to frizz, break and hair loss. This DIY hair treatment improves the health of the scalp for healthier, natural hair.

I think it’s great that it is inexpensive and is an easy way to get healthy hair regardless of your hair type. I even used this hair care routine years ago with my then 4 -year -old daughter to make her hair better manageable. It not only helped brush your hair easier, but also not irritated her delicate head. This recipe is so simple that it is difficult to give it a recipe at all, but I just had to share because it works so well!

It will leave your hair greasy, so shampoo and rinse it as soon as you are finished!

DIY -HAAR oil

I have another DIY hair growth oil recipe that acts as a hair conditioner that I keep in a drop bottle. That rosemary hair growth oil is different from this DIY hair oil, which is more of a deep conditioning treatment. Although both are great for thicker hair and scalp health!

This hair treatment improves dry hair with natural oils and is a normal staple in my hair care. It reduces hair decay, nourishes hair follicles and can even help improve dandruff. This DIY hair oil has magnesium -rich bitter salt and conditioned olive oil and coconut oil for a healthy shine.

I also recorded raw honey for his unique ability to help hair. Raw honey promotes the growth of the skin cells, including the scalp and moisture, because it adds nutrients for hair and scalp. Honey is of course also antimicrobial and antifungal and can be used as dandruff.

So do it!

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with the immersion mixer. If you do not have a blender or do not combine your ingredients well, heat the ingredients (with the exception of the essential oil) over low heat on the stove. Whisk to combine when the ingredients warm. If the stove is not used, the bitter salt can still be a bit coarse -grained. It will dissolve and work in the hair as soon as it is used.
  • Add the essential oils to the warm oil when used.

  • Stir or shake the mixture well before applying. Massage the warm (not hot!) Oil treatment through hair and scalp over a sink or shower.

  • Create a shower cap (or old towel) and let the oil mixture on for up to 30 minutes.

  • Rinse the oil in the shower and shampoo.

  • If the hair is still oily after washing, massage a small amount of baking powder through the hair to remove or use dry shampoo after the shower.
  • If you have really long hair, you may have to double or triple this recipe.
  • Some people have the opposite effect of coconut oil and it gives them dry hair. If so, then use more olive oil or another carrier oil instead. You will find replacement ideas in the section below.

Ingredient

I use olive oil and coconut oil in many of my homemade skin care and hair care recipes due to their Omega fatty acids and other advantages. However, some people think that coconut oil drives their hair or skin dry. Other carrier oils also work well. Try sweet almond oil instead of olive oil if you need a little less oily. Avocado oil is also very nutritious for hair and a great option.

Adding a small jojoba oil, castor oil or argan oil to mix is also a great way to treat your scalp! You can even add an antioxidant vitamin E. There are some indications that vitamin E can help with hair growth and a healthier scalp.

Optional essential oils

It is not all necessary, but you can add some essential oils to your DIY hair oil to get more advantages. You only need a few drops because they are very concentrated. Make sure that small children dilute and avoid properly.

Try a few drops of essential rosemary oil for hair growth. Cedarwood and lavender essential oil have also proven advantages for hair growth. Tea tree oil is good for dandruff and peppermint oil, etheric oil has a cooling, invigorating effect. Just don’t put it in your eyes!

This DIY hair oil is a great way to give your hair a little additional love and attention!
