I try to moist and drink a lot of minerals (including salt water), but sometimes my skin needs a little more fluid. This aloe -vera lotion makes the dry skin soft and makes the skin feel moist. It works great as a body lotion or facial lotion. It is even better that it contains only a few simple ingredients!
This moisturizing lotion combines Bio -Aloe -Vera gel, rich shea butter and nutritious almond oil. All skin care products bought in the store without parabens, sulfates and dimethicon.
Aloe vera body lotion
When the weather gets cooler, many of us will find that our skin becomes drier. When I live in a damp climate, I don’t have this problem so much anymore. Sometimes, however, my skin needs a slight hydration. I love Lotion -Bar and this homemade lotion for intensive nourishing, this aloe lotion is great if you want something easier.
Aloe has a similar feeling to glycerin in skin care recipes, but it doesn’t feel so sticky. It absorbs well into the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. If you use fresh aloe from a plant, this lotion only takes a week or two before becoming bad. Aloe Vera Gel sold in shops and online has been preserved and takes up to 6 weeks longer.
Skin advantages of aloe vera
I have an aloe plant in my house because I love it so much! They are not only well suited for the treatment of burns, but are also well suited for other skin irritation. You probably used Aloe Vera gel at some point to calm a sunburn.
Aloe barbadensis leaf juice is rich in nutrients such as potassium, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene and antioxidants. It also helps that our skin generates hyaluronic acid and increases collagen production to keep the skin tight and wrinkle -free. Aloe helps the skin to be more elastic and supple so that it “bounces”.
Ingredients
This lotion can also be used as a face cream. It can also work well for people with acne or eczema, depending on the exact ingredients they use. Oils such as olive and avocado oil are ideal for dry or mature skin types. If you are susceptible to acne or want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, the addition of rabbit seed oil is a good choice. I prefer cute almond (not fat end) or jojoba, which imitates the sebum of the skin and drops well into the skin.
I use Shea butter for an extra extensive feeling, but it’s optional. Instead, you can also use cocoa butter or mango butter. Cocoa butter is intensive moisturizing, while mango mother is very light and quickly absorbed.
Homemade aloe vera lotion
This aloe-based lotion is smooth and lighter than some options. Ideal for all skin types and even the little ones!
Yield: 6.5 Ounce
-
Melt the beeswax, oil and shea butter (if used) in a double boiler or a glass bowl over a water pan.
-
Take off the stove and pour it into a blender or a masong glass (if a immersion is used). You can also use a blender for this.
-
Add the vitamin E (if used) and all essential oils.
-
Let the room temperature cool. You want it to be room temperature and just start hardening at the edges. This certainly helps that the lotion really emulsifies.
-
Add the liveral to the aloe completely when you are used.
-
Start mixing with a mixer or immersion blender. Very slowly and add the room temperature aloe vera gel until they are incorporated. Use a spatula to wipe the pages and remove it a few times until they are fully installed.
-
Store in a glass for up to six weeks in the fridge.
If your family goes through a lot of lotion, you cannot double the recipe.
Conservation and saving the lotion
Vitamin E helps the oils to oxidize so quickly, but the lotion does not. If you want to use a natural preservative, you can promote a few leukidal growth growth. With the preservative, it should take several months in the fridge.
As always, pay attention to a cool, dark place of direct light and heat. Bathroom leaves in damp bathrooms are not the best place! And only use clean fingers to apply.
Also try to make homemade non -toxic sun protection.
