  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bread.

  • Sprinkle capers and red onion slices.
  • End with fresh dill.

2. Shrimp & egg with homemade Mayo

This topping is a Danish classic. The combination of sweet shrimps, soft eggs and homemade mayonnaise is something special.

You will need:

  • 6–8 cooked shrimp (peeled)

  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

How to assemble:
